ESPN Deportes Needs Help at World Cup!

This is part of a compensated campaign with Latina Mom Bloggers and ESPN DEPORTES. However, all opinions expressed are my own.

Ok, this site has never covered anything pertaining to sports. I know it's a popular topic, my Facebook Feed is constantly full of conversation when The Miami Heat, The Miami Dolphins, or [insert favorite team name] is playing, but I only love futbol--- as in soccer. So when I was invited to collaborate with ESPN Deportes to promote their "Dream Job" campaign, that will send one lucky sports fan to cover the World Cup in Brazil, I couldn't say no!

Not only is this a huge opportunity for a fan, but imagine how AMAZING it will be to enjoy the beauty of Brazil while living out your dream of working with ESPN Deportes?!

Different from the previous casting tours, this year’s search will be driven by social media participation. All contestants from across the nation can participate by uploading their video submissions by December 16 via this link. Beginning November 4, there will be six weekly challenges issued and eight finalists selected by December 20. Contestants will be judged by ESPN’s top sports commentators and production group on four main criteria: soccer knowledge, on-camera presence, reporting style and social media grasp. The winner will be announced on April 15, 2014.

What do you have to lose? Head on over to ESPNDeportes.com/DreamJob right now to register. Don't forget to gather up all your friends on social media, and tell them to help you out! But if you get selected, you might want to bring them all (including me!) back some goodies from South America!

Good luck!
