Short Hair Don't Care, As Long As It's Healthy

Can I just say how much I adore everyone who is jumping on board and chopping off their hair this summer? When I first decided that I wanted to change up my look, one that hadn't changed in years, I was scared I wouldn't feel as sexy. But just look at the newest members of the short hair don't care club: Hilary Duff and Kaley Cuoco. Don't they look stunning?

Even though we haven't officially shifted to the summer season, it's been a few months here in Miami where the humidity and the heat have been unbearable. So, as you can imagine, I've been spending a lot more time in my shower. I'm basically starting over as far as my hair is concerned so I'm making an effort to take care of my hair with the best products available.

A few months ago I visited the Neutrogena headquarters where I was introduced to their Triple Repair Line. I remember the first time I lathered it into my thick, long hair it left it so silky and smooth! Now that I have short hair, I feel like my hair is is growing back healthy and it has retained all the previous perks as well.

When you combine the shampoo, conditioner, and their Fortifying Leave-In Treatment it will help: mend split ends, strengthen brittle hair, and help protect it from breakage. Celebrity stylist Sam Leonardi shared a great tip for using the Leave-In Treatment, "Use this on wet or dry hair. On dry hair, use a bit on your ends to smooth flyaways. A light touch is key though, so your hair won't get weighed down."

When I had my long hair I used the dry method but with my short hair, I put a bit on my hands after washing and then run my fingers through the strands. This leaves it frizz free and perfect once it dries.

I bet you'll be hooked after the first try too! :)
